Nic Christodoulou sits in the finished Production Gallery (main picture) temporally installed in a truck. The structure for the Monitor Stack is shown (above) and was manufactured to our design using custom trussing. Vesa mounts were then clamped to the structure to hold the 42 LCD monitors. The whole Production Gallery was later dismantled and reinstalled in it’s permanent home at The Energy Centre over a 2 week period.
The multi media "Blast Truck" during final technical installation at Kendal Avenue. This facitlity was built within an expandable trailer, giving a floor area of 12.5m x 7.2m. Housed inside the trailer was a green screen studio complete with control room and a large area containing edit stations, media servers and an interactive teaching facility. All of the video and data cabling was installed in floor ducts to speed up rig and derig times.

The studio was constructed within a 40ft artic trailer, enabling it to follow the golf tour hassle free. 6m x 1m of glass was installed, tinted by 3 fstops and angled to limit interior reflection in shot. Much of the broadcast cabling was laid in floor ducts to speed up rig and derig times. Once on site the entire studio could be set up and working in around 5 hours.
